  11. 1 tbsp olive oil

  15. 1 tsp olive oil
  16. Grilled Tomatoes
  17. 1 large tomato
  18. to taste Salt
  19. to taste Pepper
  20. Grilled Mushrooms
  21. 6 buttons mushrooms cut into half
  22. 1 tsp butter
  23. 1 tsp vinegar
  24. Eggs
  25. 2 eggs
  26. 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions to make to make An English Breakfast

  1. To prepare the baked beans, soak the beans overnight. Add in 1 tsp of salt and boil until they are cooked. You can pressure cook them for four whistles.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add in the chopped onions and saute until translucent.
  3. Add in the garlic paste and the ginger paste and saute for a minute.
  4. Add in the tomato puree and the tomato sauce and saute until cooked.
  5. Add in the Worcestershire sauce and the vinegar and mix well. Add in the chilli flakes.
  6. Now add in the beans and mix until they are well coated. You can add a bit of water if required. Cook for a couple of minutes
  7. Check the salt and add more if needed. The baked beans are ready to serve.
  8. Prepare the tomatoes by cutting them into half and removing the eye. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan. Keeping the flame on medium to low, add in the sausages and the tomatoes.
  9. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the tomatoes. Grill the tomatoes until done and until the sausages are colored. Remove them from the pan and keep aside.
  10. In the same pan, add in 1 tsp of butter. Add the mushrooms and grill until they slightly colorize. Add in a tsp of vinegar to deglaze the pan. Remove and keep aside.
  11. Fry two eggs sunny side up in a tsp of oil.
  12. Now arrange the elements on a plate and serve with toasted bread. The English breakfast is ready to serve.
